Who Needs a Visitor Visa?

Business Visitor Visa
This visa is for individuals visiting Canada for business-related purposes such as attending meetings, conferences, trade shows, or signing contracts, without entering the Canadian labor market or receiving income from a Canadian source.
Main Requirements:
- Short-term visit (maximum six months)
- Employment outside Canada
- Proof of financial means to cover expenses during the stay

Important Notes:
- A Visitor Visa does not permit employment or study in Canada. For those purposes, a separate (Work Permit) or (Study Permit) is required.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into Canada. The final decision regarding admission and length of stay is made by the border services officer upon arrival.
