  1. Foreign Worker Stream:

Job Offer Requirements: The job offer must come from an Ontario employer and:

  • Be permanent and full-time (at least 30 hours per week).
  • Fall within professional occupations (TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3).

  • Primarily take place in Ontario.

  • Have a valid job offer.
  • Provide a valid license if the job requires one; otherwise, relevant work experience suffices (except for physicians without a job offer).

Physicians Without a Job Offer: Physicians registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, meeting public health service conditions, can apply without a job offer.

  1. Masters Graduate Stream:

This pathway is for those who have earned a Master’s degree from a reputable Ontario university and wish to reside permanently and work professionally in the province, with no job offer required.

Stream Requirements:

  • Hold a Master’s degree from a recognized Ontario university.
  • Demonstrate language proficiency in English or French equivalent to CLB 7 or higher.
  • Have lived in Ontario for at least one year in the past two years.
